Sustainably harvested pure maple syrup from our producer who maintains a 30 acre sugar bush in Durham Region, Ontario. This syrup is made in small batches each year and our producer never taps more than a few hundred trees per season. This means every year the trees selected to be tapped in the sugar bush are rotated.
