Sustainably harvested pure maple syrup from our producer who maintains a 30 acre sugar bush in Durham Region, Ontario. This syrup is made in small batches each year and our producer never taps more than a few hundred trees per season. This means every year the trees selected to be tapped in the sugar bush are rotated.

Hours

The market is open all through the week by chance. We’re usually here - just not Tuesdays (best to call ahead). The full market is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5/6 p.m. and The Smoke Shack is open Saturday and Sunday starting at 11 a.m. to close (or until we sell out). Our self-serve stand in the Honey Shack is always open.
